WHITE PLAINS, NY – July 6, 2017 – Architectura, Inc., Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI), and Housing Action Council, Inc. (HAC) are hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Waterwheel Condominiums in Ardsley, NY on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 9:30 AM. Mayor Peter R. Porcino and Deputy County Executive Kevin J. Plunkett will do the honors along with leaders from the three hosting corporations.
The newly constructed 22-unit development is comprised of 17 two and three-bedroom fair and affordable condos developed as part of the HUD settlement, and five workforce units targeted to higher income first time homebuyers. The property is conveniently located at 867 Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley, approximately 10 miles north of New York City. Prices for the fair and affordable units started at $228,000, and the workforce condos started at $350,000.
