Tracey A. Lutz, LMSW, has dedicated her professional career to non-profit administration and has over 25 years of experience in top executive positions. She earned her Masters in Social Work from Stony Brook University focusing on Administration and Public Policy. She completed Leadership and Administrative Training at Columbia University’s Non-Profit Institute and received the prestigious Henry D. Pearson Award for Excellence in Non-Profit Leadership from United Way of Long Island.
Ms. Lutz joined Community Housing Innovations in August 2015 as Associate Executive Director overseeing agency programs and operations on Long Island and the Hudson Valley.
Prior to joining CHI, Ms. Lutz held the positions of Executive Director of Peconic Community Council serving the homeless in the eastern region of Long Island, Executive Director of The Retreat, a domestic violence agency based in East Hampton, NY, Assistant Executive Director at Suffolk County Girl Scout Council in Commack, NY and Executive Director of Colonial Youth and Family Services, a comprehensive service organization located in the Mastic/Shirley area of Suffolk County.
