Mr. Daniello joined Community Housing Innovations in January 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. With over 25 years of accounting and senior management experience, he brings a wealth of experience with strengths in auditing, budgeting, operations, and financial and government reporting. David is responsible for overseeing and directing all financial and administrative activities, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and reporting, G/L, internal audit, facility and property management.

Prior to joining Community Housing Innovations, Mr. Daniello served as a Chief Financial Officer for multiple nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the human services and healthcare industries for over 20 years. He was instrumental in working with local and state government funding entities to secure the financial success of these organizations.

Mr. Daniello holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Quinnipiac University. He maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops held by Financial Executives International for the Westchester and Rockland Chapter. Mr. Daniello serves as a volunteer board member for the Jawonio Foundation, which provides services in Rockland and Westchester County for individuals with development disabilities, behavioral health challenges and chronic medical conditions. Additionally, he is active in several community service organizations including participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Longest Day Fund, some church fundraising events, and assisting with efforts related to Midnight Run.
