1. Permission to Conduct FREE Energy Efficiency Survey:
I agree to allow CHI Energy to review current energy use at my business location and recommend potential energy-saving upgrades for lighting, cooling, and refrigeration.

2. FREE Energy Efficiency Survey Provided at No Charge:
I understand that the energy efficiency survey is provided free of charge to eligible Con Edison small business customers with an average peak monthly demand of less than 100kW. The survey will recommend energy-saving upgrades and estimated installation costs, if any, and applicable incentives, if any.

3. Confidentiality:
I understand that all information obtained through my participation in Con Edison’s Small Business Direct Installation Program is confidential.

I understand that this agreement does not obligate me in any way, nor does it guarantee that program benefits will be extended to my business.
